Content Sharing

Our indicators, tools, and premium content are licensed for individual use only. Sharing credentials or redistributing our proprietary tools is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, indicators, software, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Silverhill AG or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVERHILL AG AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues that may be transmitted through our services by third parties
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services
• Trading losses incurred based on information or tools provided through our services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silverhill AG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Sharing of account credentials
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive behavior towards our staff or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred prior to termination.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as TradingView. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zug, Switzerland.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silverhill AG regarding the use of our services.
