It can become easy to get lost in the ocean of trading between reading books and studying charts. I found a group of like minded individuals that practice and teach what I didn't know I was missing. That unfound piece was a proper risk first trading strategy, focusing on capitol protection first and foremost. After feeling like I was rudderless and lost out at sea, I now have now found direction, and discovered a whole new world in front of me. Between the group chats, coaching team, customized indicators, and professionalized trading tools on GC/GCX I now have the confidence and skill to trade as I never have had before.

This has been an invaluable community and set of tools for leveling up my game. Gains and wins aside, I am now protecting my capital, managing my risk and entering trades within the context of a system that I am building using the concepts being taught here. There's a deep mindset shift that the team encourages and supports that will serve me well as I continue to learn and grow as an investor.

Before joining PCT, my investment strategy was solely narrative-driven, relying on a buy-and-hold approach. Now, I've adopted a more data-driven mindset, prioritizing chart strength and flexibility. I'm no longer tied to specific coins or narratives, allowing me to quickly rotate positions based on market conditions. Thanks to PCT, I now have a clear plan and roadmap to follow, empowering me to navigate the crypto market with confidence.

I've navigated the crypto market for 3 cycles, making money on paper but losing it all due to lack of process. The frustrating thing was that I couldn't find legitimate successful traders, and even if I did, how would I learn their secrets? What PCT has given me is a system to work from, but the most powerful part is the community. I could have found the knowledge elsewhere eventually, but the community is what really distinguishes JB and the team. There is support and fraternity that has supercharged my journey. Trading is by nature solitary, which can lead to mistakes and poor judgment. At PCT there is a place to sense check, get guidance, and gain knowledge from like-minded people who understand risk and portfolio management.

After learning stage analysis in PCT, I knew we weren't in stage 2 anymore so I moved my 401k funds out of the high growth stocks. Must've saved myself a few thousand dollars so far.

I've been in the space since 2020. It's only in this group that I've seen real discussion of risk management — how incorporating ER and compounding gains while minimizing downside risk creates asymmetric leverage. For those encountering these concepts for the first time, I think repeated exposure is crucial to help "rewire" years of dangerous, cryptobro sheep being led to slaughter, misinformation.

Something I learned is that it's okay to have cash positions. Past degen me couldn't stand holding any cash because the generational pump was always around the corner. But my biggest gain so far since joining this group has been simply from identifying my bad positions and cutting them loose. Saved me a lot of money. I'm okay with paying for confirmation.

Joining PCT has been a huge turning point in my trading journey. Before, my approach was largely driven by influencers, intuition and hope. I've since realized that hope is not a strategy. PCT has given me a clear, structured approach to trading. I now define my risk before entering any position and size my positions thoughtfully, never exposing my portfolio to large drawdowns. Instead of entering blind or panic selling, I now wait for clear breakouts with confirming volume and momentum, and exit when a trend is losing strength. PCT has transformed me from a hopeful normie into a confident, disciplined analyst.
